Jodhaa Akbar is the story of Jalaluddin Mohammad Akbar, the greatest Mughal emperor who have ruled Hindustan, and the fiery young Rajput princess Jodhaa. Set in the 16th century, the epic romance begins as a marriage of alliance between two cultures and religions for political gain. When the young Mughal accepts the proposal, little does he know that his efforts to strengthen his relations with the Rajputs will lead him to his true love.
